1. Who We Are

VitaHive Health is a health and wellness education blog and digital storefront, published on cloud at vitahivehealth.com. This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, the free health-tracking dashboard, our newsletter, our contact form, and our store.

2. Information We Collect

What we collect depends on how you use the Site:

3. The Free Health Tracking Dashboard

Your health data stays on your device. The dashboard stores everything you log, blood sugar readings, weight, meals, medications, exercise entries, in your own browser's local storage. We do not receive, transmit, or store this information on our servers.

Because your data lives in your browser, it will not automatically sync across devices or browsers, and it can be lost if you clear your browser data or use a different device. We recommend exporting your data periodically if the dashboard supports it.
Since we never receive this data, we cannot access, back up, or recover it on your behalf.

4. Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent through a secure form-processing script and recorded in a private, access-restricted spreadsheet so we can respond to you. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and do not use it for marketing unless you separately subscribe to our newsletter.

Our newsletter signup is powered by a third-party email marketing platform. When you subscribe, your name and email address are stored with that provider so we can send you health tips, nutrition guides, wellness updates, and occasional offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Please also review that provider's own privacy policy, linked in the footer of our newsletter emails.

6. Reviews

If you submit a review of an ebook, supplement, or the dashboard, the name, general location, and review text you provide may be displayed publicly on our reviews page. Reviews may be temporarily cached in your browser and on our backend to help the page load faster; this caching only involves the review content itself, not private account or health information.

7. Store Purchases (Ebooks & Supplements)

When you purchase an ebook or supplement through the VitaHive store, your order and payment information (such as name, email, shipping address for physical products, and payment details) is processed by Payhip, Gumroad , Digistore ,Amazon. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves. We receive order confirmation details needed to fulfill your purchase and provide customer support.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Like most websites hosted on cloud, this Site may use cookies and similar technologies (including those set by Google, embedded video players, and analytics tools) to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and improve content. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended if you do.

9. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run the Site. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:

Google: hosts the Site and may collect standard technical and analytics data.
Email marketing platform: manages newsletter subscriptions and email delivery.
Form and spreadsheet tools (Google Workspace): process and store contact form submissions.
Payment and store processors: handle checkout and payment for ebooks and supplements.
Social media platforms (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, TikTok): if you interact with our content there, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

10. Affiliate Links

Some articles and product pages contain affiliate links, including Amazon affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the retailer may set its own cookies and collect information according to its own privacy policy; we do not receive any personal information about you from these transactions beyond an anonymized indication that a referred sale occurred.

11. How We Use Your Information

To respond to questions submitted through the contact form;
To send newsletter emails to subscribers, and to manage unsubscribe requests;
To process and fulfill store orders and provide customer support;
To display reviews you've chosen to submit publicly;
To understand overall Site usage and improve our content and features;
To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers described in Section 9 as needed to operate the Site, fulfill orders, and deliver the newsletter, and where required by law.

13. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Dashboard health data is never sent to us, so we have no retention period for it — it persists only in your own browser until you clear it.

14. Your Rights & Choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
You can request that we tell you what information we hold about you (from the contact form, newsletter, or an order), correct it, or delete it, by contacting us using the details in Section 19.
You can clear your dashboard data at any time simply by clearing your browser's local storage for our Site.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA in California), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.

15. Children's Privacy

VitaHive Health is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
